Side effects reported with hydroxyzine administration of hydroxyzine hydrochloride are usually mild and transitory in nature. Drowsiness is usually transitory and may disappear in a few days of continued therapy or upon reduction of dose, hydroxyzine hydrochloride 10mg tablets.
